1.Returns
Due to hygiene and product nature, we do not accept returns on jewelry items unless.

• The product is damaged
• The wrong product was delivered

2. Return Request
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

3. Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Exchange
Exchanges are only applicable for defective or incorrect items.
